    We don't often celebrate things too much. We have barely even acknowledged Valentine's Day. Don't do birthdays apart from a little gift maybe (hubby forgot mine last year haha). This will be our 4th wedding anniversary this year and we won't do anything for it.
    Maybe when the kids are older and we can get out more.

    Default Do you do Valentine's Day?

    Sometimes, but generally not. Not because we have a thing about it or anything, it's just that we are both pretty lazy 😂. I might make us a nice cheese platter or something later and have some wine. But this morning I am working, Dp got up and made me a coffee but he always does that.

    We've been together for 14 years this March and I think we've celebrated twice at the start.

    Nope. I'm not fazed on it and DH hates the commercial side of it. If I were to care more I think he would, but I think back to our first Valentine's Day and he bought me a rose because he felt obliged, it cost him over $20, for 1 rose!! That's when my tighta$$ side kicked in and said don't bother.

    Plus this year, DS3 was born 2 1/2 days ago and it's DS1's 3rd birthday in 2 days so it is the last thing on our minds!!

    Nope! Hate the day. I cringe at all the crap in the shops!

    I'm not on FB but I'm pretty sure it will be filled with women devastated their other halves haven't given them anything for Valentine's Day. *spew* I don't know why people place so much importance on it!

    Even if you're the romantic lovey dovey couple I don't get why you'd celebrate it as I would have thought you'd do mushy things for each other all throughout the year, not just when Hallmark and other companies tell you you have to and then fleece you every year for a made up holiday.

    Not really. Its 9.10am and DH only dragged himself out of bed (he came home at 1.30amish). Surprisingly he was not wasted - so I let him sleep in.

    Otherwise today is cleaning. Woot!

    Nope! This is for a few reasons:

    * Commercialised
    * Our wedding anniversary is a week before
    * There are 364 other days in the year to show love to one another!
