Hi mums

Leading up to my second birth in a couple of months I would like to start doing some form of exercise but with work and a toddler I am quite time-poor.

So I'm wondering if anyone's used a Yoga DVD (or similar) and is happy to share the recommendation?

I just feel like I'm getting fatter and more and more unfit! I did Preggie Bellies exercise class with my first but just don't have the time this time around.
