For preschool and at home my 3 year old DD will eat cheese, Greek yoghurt with fruit, always have different kinds of bliss balls made up, muffins, cherry tomatoes - cucumber with mashed avo.
Lately she's just been helping herself to sao's, cruskits or vita wheats. Just plain with nothing on it.

Mine love fruit so I try to pack at least two fruit options when we go somewhere, usually low mess stuff like grapes blueberries strawberries bananas apples and pears and cherry tomatoes.
Muffins are good, I make batches of banana or blueberry muffins and freeze and use as I go. They defrost in a couple of hours in the lunch box.
    Cheese and crackers, piklets, yogurts.
I use cereal too, without the milk. And popcorn a friend showed me how to pop it in the microwave in a few seconds so it's a quick healthy snack.
I make biscuits and cookies... There's lots of recipes online
