    Yes it's over half an acre lol and a corner block I just have to figure out which way to go! Eg plumbing expenses etc as one side is an unsealed road so we will have to pay for that to be be done as our neighbour didn't want 'burn outs' yet gravel is worse! Rolls eyes

    To give you an idea the subdivision costs on my 600sqm block in total including splitting the services is $18k.

    The surveyor I recommended area great at talking you through the process and were very good price wise (though a lot of the prices are standard as they're quoted by SA Water and Land Titles (Govt). And that's the bulk of the cost. They survey cost component was only about $2k

    Would anyone know if Christ the king school is good? Maybe @nafskia I'm not sure if that's close to u? It's very small so it's appealing to me.
