I've rejected a placement in my local kinder, but have been offered a place at another kinder (forbes) I will accept as I rather him there then my local kinder.
However....I have his name down at other places. As I was really hoping to get into one mostly, should I ring them on Monday and tell them to still keep me on the waiting list Incase a position does come vacant?

Definately keep him on the list. Is the kindy you rejected better then Forbes ?.
Be watchful of Forbes though I know a few kids from different family that have pulled their kids from there as they weren't happy with it

Warradale is good we have had kids we know go through there and at the school now that is joined to it. Haven't heard about your other choices.
Ascot primary isn't great so be mindful of that if you where considering schooling.

Not smart enough, one child is obese naturally from birth and was picked on by a lot of kids for that, and one particular kid was just mean would hurt kids always get away with it and he still does while now at school. Teachers did nothing to correct the issues

I did ask someone yesterday (dropped off paperwork) and I said what do they learn here, and she said...
Getting ready for school
How to hold a pen
Then told me kinder is in one room & preschool in another.
I was like, my son knows how to hold a pen, alphabet & amongst other things. Then I questioned myself if I'm doing the right thing. But after she said about preschool and kinder being in another room I'm left thinking where will my son go. I'll find out tomorrow, but again, I will be calling the other kinder.
