    Yes I've read some horrible things about hydatid cysts! Religiously worm the animals now.
    I have a feeling hookworm (the human type) is the one that burrows through the skin when you're going on a nice barefoot walk on a tropical beach lol!
    Anyway if a customer suspected round or hookworm I would be referring straight to the Dr.

    So if you're worried about animals the biggest thing is to worm, but also flea your pets. The most dangerous in au is the tapeworm caught from fleas, kids can accidentally eat a flea that's the big nasty cysts.....so don't forget flea control....it's actually a bigger deal than worming, ....
