yes, I'm glad your embie is safe too until they work this out. did they say at the start that you have problems naturally producing progesterone. because one cycle I didn't have progesterone - I had pregnyl instead which as I understand it is HCG, which then triggers the natural progesterone to kick in. that was a fresh/medicated cycle though so I'm not sure if it makes a difference.

what does the clexane do? could it have affected something?
be happy your embie is still safe though, as Blossom says. this could be the good one and it's a godsend that it's now waiting for your next cycle. I'd keep focusing/visualising on the embie whist you wait on next instructions.

@Charlie74 I'm so sorry to read your news. It's heartbreaking when all that effort and time is lost however better to not go ahead when things are right. I had my lining get thinner one cycle but my nurse said this isn't possible so the nurse scanning must have made a mistake. I can't remember if I'd already started progesterone but I don't think so. I hope you can speak to LB soon to get some answers. I'm not sure if you've spoken to dr NL about the stem cell research he is doing about increasing lining?

the mistake with scanning / measuring sounds the most plausible idea? I guess you could ask them to triple check it going forwards if this is a common mistake there. (but really, you shouldn't need to)

I'd err on the side of telling your FS about all the meds because she won't be able to make an as informed decision of your next step if she doesn't know all the facts. maybe she would then be able to explain it if they are affecting things.

I reckon someone might have stuffed up the first lining check too. And I doubt the Clexane had anything to do with thinning your lining in the unlikely event that did indeed happen. After all, many of us (myself included) have been prescribed Clexane prior to FET. I took it 2 weeks prior to my transfer and my lining was fine. I think the more likely scenario is that the first scan was not accurate.

YES! This is a good idea!

    Thanks Luv😊

I'm still struggling but thankfully DD has been vomit free all day😊👍

My Ex did come home before lunch to look after DD so I could take myself off to bed to rest which I've been doing off & on.

Hoping to be feeling a lot better tomorrow.

@Billie2 congrats on your numbers! FX they keep going gangbusters and you have something to freeze too

@Charlie74 so sorry it all got cancelled, that sucks big time. It sounds like you need to get this thing sorted and Im also glad your embie is safe and sound in the freezer. I have a feeling my lining went backwards once but they didn't say anything about it, maybe also thought it was a mistake!! Who knows. Could it be because of your issue with the circulation (have i got that right?). I remember vaguely something about hands and feet / lack of circulation..
It might be a good idea to not self prescribe, maybe for someone without issues it could be ok but this might be throwing another thing in the mix that potentially isn't helping (it may not be either but you just don't know). I think the suggestion of casually mentioning / or asking if it would help is a good way to get it out there. I hope you can get some answers really bloody soon.

    @BlondeinBrisvegas ...oh..💩!! sorry i couldn't resist
you guys have been through the ringer!! What a week, I hope it gets better and you all wake up feeling fab tomorrow. FX theres no more nasty business coming out of anyone tonight!! poor things

@Charlie74 I'm so sorry about your lining Luv😦 ((hugs))

FWIW I don't believe the clexane caused any adverse effects. I'm not sure what the prob is...either an E2 one or a P4 one possibly??

As it has happened before LB is obviously aware of it so she'll hopefully be able to explain it to you & more importantly find a solutionxo

@Charlie74 sorry if this has been asked before, but have you had the "scratch and flush" procedure? My SIL who did IVF for eight years prior to having her little one finally had an embie stick after the endometrial scratch and lipiodal flush. Is it worth asking if that can build your lining up?

Jeez @Charlie74 exactly what we were praying wouldn't happen. After so much effort and such a build up I can understand why you burst into tears. I would have too. If you had your scan downstairs from LB's office I think you can have complete confidence they got the measurement right. They are highly competent sonographers.
As you know I have lining issues too and last cycle I was on on Clexane from cd1 and am doing so again this cycle. CFC suggested Clexane from cd1, Dr W suggested from 1 week prior to ET and LB insisted I take it pre flight (so prior to ET). I'd be interested to hear what LB says when you fish for info on Clexane pre ET.
It's interesting LB used the word shrunk. I wonder what would have happened if you put the embryo back in when it was 6.8. Would the embryo have been sucked into the lining as it shrunk, or does some of the lining come away thus your embryo would too.
If LB espouses success with women who have 4mm lining then you might have to ask how she can make you one of those women. But with only the one embryo it's a risky business. I absolutely feel for you hun.
Have you contacted DR M yet to ask his opinion? You must be gutted at having paid for the Sydney intralipids.
You should be able to go straight back into another FET if LB agrees. I'm so hoping she has something wonderful to try.
