Today DH and I are off to pick up a piece of furniture I found on Buy,Swap,Sell. We have been needing a coffee table and I finally found a dark one which even has a magazine rack attached. And only $15! Bargain! I'm on a bit of a roll at the moment actually. I got a chair for our spare bedroom the other day and when DH picked it up for me I asked him what he thought it was worth and he said "Oh, about $50?" Nup! $15 again! And it's a really nice old style chair with the fabric sewn on and little studs around the woodwork. I love it!

Anyway, off to pick that up and we will have some lunch out. I sold a little packet of stationery on BSS for $30 so we have lunch money. A real treat! And I did my nails yesterday - a gorgeous lilac colour. Oh, happy days! Here's a pic

OK babes, back later this afternoon. Hope everyone has a lovely weekend

@JulieMalooley I feel huge. Just had two weeks of stomach muscle hell and feel like I have finally popped but at the ob appointment this week he measured my belly and decided to order a growth scan. I must have looked worried because he went on to say that I should have one sooner or later anyway. I am up to 6kgs weight gain so on the low side. Both babies kicking the crap out of me so at least I know they are going strong.

My af is clots and I have 2 mc's under my belt. Last round I had a massive 2 eggs collected 😊, and hoping for a better result on Monday at EPU. Yesterdays 2nd scan showed 5 mature (miracle). I shall be turning 39 in my 2ww. If we are lucky enough to have a transfer. xx

    Thanks! Any advice welcome.
Agree with @Charlie74. Start taking after EPU Luv.

I always started it while I was stimming then stopped for EPU & started again the day after as per the protocol.

6 kg is at the lower end @faithandhopellove but I'm only at 7kg and probably only beating you because I'm eating like a horse. Literally. Lots of rocket and green stuff lol(my craving thankfully) but also lots of everything else. If they are kicking you they're definitely strong, don't worry.
@Maxwellsmum that doesn't sound good but kitty could also be getting ill in some other way. It's hard to know when to go to the vet and then what do you say 'my cat did something unusual, no other symptoms'. You know something is up, but they can't tell you. It happened with my 20yo girl too, she had a cancer on her face but then one day she went and lay on the gravel up beside our shed and that was unusual. She must have been feeling so ill the poor thing.
@Precious40 I hope that they come up with some other test that they should have done, but then I hope they don't too. It's crap how we have to hand feed them sometimes with our questions. 'Should you maybe test me for X?' 'Well we could...' really?? Why don't they on our FIRST appt test EVERYTHING. It still p1sses me off so much that I spent $100k ish, 3 years, 17 wasted embies, 2 donors, 13 cycles before my FS finally tested me some more after CFC recommended it, put me on more drugs and cycle 14, embies 18 and 19 finally worked. Jeez it makes me angry. Having said that it would be great if they run a couple more tests on you and get the 'eureka' answer to your BFN's. Fingers crossed.

all the sad stories about kitties dying is making me so sad my gorgeous girl is laid out flat next to me and I know she's in the "senior" age bracket which makes me chuckle a little but the thought of losing her is too much to bear. I agree though that they know when they are going to go, its beautiful that they can come and say goodbye if thats whats happened to maxwells cat. I really hope he was just being cuddly though.
@Caesardust I hope you get a plan to move on to, look after yourself and glad to hear you did some nice stuff with your girlfriends, we all need that after a crappy ending to another cycle. I think Ive become numb to mine not working.

@Summer well i bought a nougat honey log to eat after I did my 7km bay walk (and ate a steak with potatoes and salad) and the steak was so big that I decided I couldn't eat the whole thing so I halved it with DH. I can report that I felt great after eating it and that it cut the cravings i had for chocolate... although I did succumb to a chocolate paddle pop later on afterwards so maybe it didn't quite cut the mustard. The one thing Ive learned about chocolate cravings is that when Im not eating it regularly I actually don't get them, well maybe very rarely. But boy when I do, it goes down like a dream!

    have a great weekend girls

Hi ladies, gosh I'm struggling to keep up with this thread!
@Caesardust sorry sweetie bfn's suck! Fwiw dr m has told me to always do progesterone even when my clinic didn't. Hopefully the fs can give you some answers today.
@Precious40 look after yourself you need to heal emotionally as well as physically.
@BlondeinBrisvegas glad you haven't been put down! I used to take horseradish and echinacea tablets to try and keep Lurgy at bay, unfortunately can't take while ttc or pregnant.

All that talk of chocolate- good thing I don't have a sweet tooth or I'd have been going insane reading and not being able to join in! Bloody gd!

Billie I would take after epu and before transfer. Good luck!
@Summer I'm sorry you've had a rough time and dh's ex is being a cow. Def do not compare yourself to her. He chose you for a reason, he loves you xxxx
@Tahli good luck for your next cycle xx

Well I beat you all I'm the Goodyear blimp! I've only put on 9kgs and am nearly 32weeks, but I have so much fluid in feet and hands its ridiculous. I can't wear my wedding rings and my fingers are so tight I have to keep bending them or I get pubs and needles, and thongs are my friends!

Bubba is head down most of the time and kicking up a storm, she head butted my hooha so hard the other day I thought she was trying to come out!

    Not complaining tho!

    Hi to everyone else!
