Morning, jumping into the thread of knowledge power on here. Im on the roll call, but never know if or when to jump in, you are all at different stages and so supportive, very familiar with each other and apparently love food. I have a ttc question on the aspirin. When do you take it in a IVF/ICSI cycle? I know to take it post ov naturally, but Im triggering tonight. And wasn't sure if I start post EPU or post trasnfer? My af is clots and I have 2 mc's under my belt. Last round I had a massive 2 eggs collected 😊, and hoping for a better result on Monday at EPU. Yesterdays 2nd scan showed 5 mature (miracle). I shall be turning 39 in my 2ww. If we are lucky enough to have a transfer. xx

    Thanks! Any advice welcome.

Bah ha ha, that's what I was just thinking. If I ate a metre of liqorice I'd be cr@pping through the eye of a needle for a week

Oh hon, that is so sad. I do believe they know when their time is up. I remember my parent's cat, who hated any form of attention at all, came up to me one day and snuggled. I said to Mum "I think he's dying." He lost the ability to walk the next day and we had to send him home. An autopsy showed he was full of cancer - it was terribly sad.

If your boy is 16 he has had a great innings hon. And I'm sure you have given him a wonderful home, and that he knows you love him so very much. I know it's so heartbreaking but he has earned his rest. Just give him all the love you can while you still have him.

    Well, I didn't eat ANY.

And I can confirm that has led to feelings of anger, frustration and disappointment.

I had poas this morning and the low progesterone levels from Wednesday helped me to know and be ready for the phone call today. The nurse was diplomatic but had no idea what has been going on so we didn't talk much. One of the FS called me to explain that my progesterone level was so low as I probably naturally had not experienced implantation so was suggesting that my idea of the need for progesterone support was unfounded. I wasn't even expecting a call from him but apparently the nurse asked him to. I asked him then if there were any insights into why things didn't work for the past 6/7 transfers as I've never been told anything other than to keep trying as I haven't tried enough. He said he would look at my file and the bigger picture and call me to talk about it. I didn't take his call and he'll call back tomorrow. It will be interesting to hear if he's going to admit they should've done some more testing earlier. I doubt it though. I'm out of fight for all this right now. Time to regroup, recharge the batteries, pamper and prepare for my last attempt in April. Thanks so much for all your support. I'll still be here following along when I can. You've been amazeballs xxxx

I'm sorry hon, I had really hoped for a better outcome for you, as I do with all the girls here. Your FS will never admit he did the wrong thing or didn't take all the necessary precautions - that would leave him exposed to litigation! I think all you can do, as you said, is regroup and prepare for the next round. And when that time comes, be like a dog with a bone about it. Insist on regular BT's and monitoring. Sometimes we have to be b!tches about it to get what we want, but I really do think there are times when WE know better. Hugs hon

I can imagine the disappointment of searching through your house and coming up empty handed! That NEVER happens around here. I have so much chocolate stashed in so many places it's hard not to come across it! You're welcome to come round for a choc-fest any time. We could research the effect of dual-consumption for @Summer!
