thanks ladies. yes I've got an appt at 9am tomorrow to see my GP. I guess I get the BTs done at a pathology place nearby. I don't think they do BTs at the clinic any more. will find out tomorrow in any case.
@Summer, that is really low. she shouldn't have brought it up and it's not fair on any of you. sounds nasty. I hope it doesn't impact the judge's impression/decision.

good luck @Charlie74. I hope your FS has some ideas. I'm sure I've read earlier posts that women have implanted with lower thickness, so I have my for you that this is all ok

Hmmm, interesting @Charlie74. How did you 'hamburger' look? Firstly, I'm sorry it was 5.8mm with all the extra lining support. I'd be asking for 3 days of Viagra suppositories and rescan. I suspect you're going to have to make a tough call. If you can get to the 6mm will you chose to go ahead? LB espouses success with women who have had linings under 6mm. Ultimately it's your call hun. I suspect you're in the headspace I was in last cycle - cancel or is this as good as it's going to get given my history??
Also you've had your lining go backwards haven't you? Maybe do the Viagra, rescan and if you've hit 6mm, be grateful (sorry, that's not meant to sound condescending) and whack that embryo back in before your lining can change it's mind!
Good luck with your decision hun!!

@Charlie74 - how frustrating for you. Is there a point were too much estrogen can have a negative effect on your lining? The only reason I throw this out there is that on my first cycle my lining was 14mm just prior to EPU (my FS described it as a luscious triple stripe) and then in my subsequent two cycles it had got to 8.4 or something like that - my FS has commented that my lining hasn't gotten that thick despite the high estrogen levels ( no more luscious comments!) - in those last two cycles my estrogen levels were really high around 14,000 whereas on the first cycle my level was 8000 or 9000 ( with a similar number of follicles). So my lining was best on the cycle with the lower estrogen. I know estrogen is only one part of the recipe however and it could just be coincidence.

Yes she could. Our counseling is private (not under a medicare plan) so can't be accessed through medical records, & DH and I have only had three sessions in three years, so not exactly crisis stuff even if somehow it was found out that we had a couple of sessions.

For my personal counseling I've done a lot, but I spoke with my counselor on Friday and she said that she doesn't believe anything in my personal sessions is relevant to being a good step-mother so she would happily refuse a subpeona. That was if it came to that point which it shouldn't - as the step-mother I'm not really in question unless there was signs of total mental instability or violence or something, so hopefully the judge will see that line of thought as irrelevant. But it's pretty nasty stuff to bring up as a reason why DH shouldn't have more access to his son.
