    Count me in too please!
    I did great early last year, dropped 35kgs. Had surgery and some health issues and bam back up 25kg argh.
    Aiming for 1kg loss a week. Have cut out soft drink and fast food. Have added lots of exercise, meal planning and clean health snacks to avoid wanting to eat unhealthy.

    I'm in too.
    Despite a strong start last month I bombed out.
    I've signed up to a 6-week challenge with my outdoor fitness group and am using Healthy Mummy recipes.
    I have this bad habit of letting one slip send me back down that spiral, gotta learn to forgive myself, dust myself off and carry on.

    Can I join too?

    I have a goal of losing 40kgs by the end of the year and to lose as much as I can by August for my 30th.

    I need a good kick and some motivation.

    I'm just cutting out the junk, drink more water and exercise and trying to portion control.

    I'm in! I've been doing 5:2 since September last year. I'm almost 15kgs down since then. I'm very excited, I have 6.4kgs to go before I enter the "healthy" BMI range. Can't wait!

    My problem isn't exercise. I walk 5 nights a week 5km, so 25km week and 2-3 gym sessions. My problem isn't knowing what to eat either. It's getting in the right head space. Anyone got any tips

    I lose weight when I limit processed foods and foods with refined sugar. I also get really conscious about portion sizes, because that's where I bomb.

    Eg of what I eat in a day

    B - Coconut yoghurt with blueberries and pepitas or

    Gluten free weetbix with banana

    L - rye cruskits with natural peanut butter/almond butter and chopped banana or

    Kamut sourdough bread (I'm wheat free) with egg and salad

    D - whatever is going for the family. All wheat free. I just watch my portion. We had sausages and grilled veg the other night. I opted for one sausage and a heap of veg rather that 2 sausages like I'd normally eat

    Snacks - almonds, cashews, Brazil nuts, fruit, plain rice crackers/rye cruskits with avocado

    If I'm out I eat sushi or a sumo salad.

    Wow I've lost 1.3kg since last Wednesday! All I've done is a yoga class, 1 light cardio day at the gym and a 6km walk yesterday; my eating hasn't even been that great (though I haven't been eating anything unhealthy at work). So happy 😃

    Oh I'd love to join! I really think it's time I stop telling myself it's the holidays- (and packing weight on that I spent most of last year losing )

    My aim is to drop 5kgs in February.

    Haven't exercised during the holidays so I'm just starting with 3km morning walks, and am looking into the 5:2 diet.
