I sucked at the Jan one. I'll try and commit to 2kgs this month. Not sure what my current weight is, I'm avoiding the scales in denial. I'll check in tomorrow morning.

I'm in. I will state that my goal is 2 kg but I would like to lose more than that. I don't delude myself that I will ever be thin but I would like to show some of the fruits of my labours ie pt sessions. I suspect I have some decent muscle hiding in these fat arms.

Hoping to reduce the size of my lower legs especially, as well as everywhere else. They look like tree trunks. Unless it's fluid retention in there, in which case I have no idea how to get rid of it.

I'm in. I started soooo well in Jan then did the usual self sabotage.
Hubby being super healthy in Feb also so less temptation to be naughty. I'd love 5kg off.

So what does everyone do for weight loss out of curiosity?
I'm gluten and refined sugar free and I bootcamp 4-5 times a week. Depends on how much study I have to do.

January was a flop for me but I'm back to work now and some sort of routine.

For me it's cutting back on junk food/high calorie food such as chocolate, chips, ice cream and reducing portion size. I tend to snack after the kids are in bed which send me way over my calories for maintaining weight. It's a habit that I need to break.
Would also like to resume my exercise doing body pump. Goal is 3 X a week. Just can't find my motivation lately.

I'm in for feb! Lost 3.3kg in January - am stoked with that. Aiming for 2kg this month, then I'll be done.
