    Default Water Usage

I was curious to what other people's quarterly water bills were coming in at? We have 2 adults and a toddler in our house. We have no garden to water nor wash our cars at home but do use a dishwasher nightly.

Our most recent bill is $127.14. Is this average?

$271 - 2 adults, 3 kids with 2 bathrooms, using a dishwasher, some watering of garden and the use of a large blow up waterslide/pool over summer.

    Default Water Usage

Is that just usage or rates as well? Ours are normally $281/quarter - this is usage and water rates combined.

2 adults, 2 kids - dishwasher, washing machine, medium garden/grass.

$108 for usage only here (we rent so don't pay the other charges). That's for 2 adults (no kids), and includes using evaporative cooling non-stop during the Summer and having 2 sprinklers going at a time to water the lawns/gardens for about 8 hours a week.

We paid $308.05 last quarter. 2 adults and 1 toddler. We have a tank that is attached to the toilet and washing machine.

Our water provider is one of the most expensive as far as I am aware. With usage we are way below the average.

Just usage? Usually around the $170 mark (we rent).

In the city we were spending about $200 - $250 per quarter. Now we're on a farm and it's tank water only so as long as it rains we have free water. Yay!
