    Rarely. I use my clothes as a guide - they don't lie! But I've been actively trying to lose weight this month so have weighed myself a couple of times.

    Daily - I look for an overall trend of weight loss and don't pay much attention to the daily fluctuations.

    For me it's important to quickly pick up when things have stalled - I've put on 5-10kg in the past far too quickly and without really noticing and it's a pain in the butt to try and lose.

    Every 1-2 months these days. I have the scales in my room but they don't tempt me lol.

    Never, after living with someone with an eating disorder we threw them out. Don't plan on getting another set anytime soon.

    just did a weigh in. 36 weeks today and total weight gain is 8kg. pretty happy.

    You're doing well, 22 weeks here and 6kg up. See, obsessed. I don't do anything silly (anymore) but it does make me more concious of my food choices if my weight goes up too much. I was aiming for around a 10kg gain this time (not 18kg 😲). I'm hoping to get back into netball and touch after this bub. I'm not as bad when I am active because I feel so much better both physically and mentally.
