How often do you weigh yourself?

Too much, daily. I really shouldn't, it just makes me unhappy.
I think weekly would be healthier.

Rarely, maybe once a year.
I go by how my clothes are fitting rather than a weight.

Probably twice a week. Once at the start of the week as an 'official' weigh in and then once towards the end to see how good I have to be over the weekend 😂 doesn't make any difference to what I eat over the weekend though! I just feel more or less guilty about it depending on what the scales said.

I never weighed myself at all until my kidneys failed and it became part of my daily life.
I hate it! I feel crap when I'm heavy.

Probably weekly now. We have scales in the main bathroom but I don't go in there much (usually only to give it a clean) as we mostly use the shower in our ensuite and have a separate toilet and sink which the kids use. Having said this I did lose about 8 kgs before Christmas and whilst I was losing the weight I was weighing myself daily.

:-( daily, it's an obsession. I know it's not healthy but it stems from a very bad place and a history of EDs. I really want to get rid of my scales before Dd gets too much older.

When dieting daily (it works best for me). When not caring never. Than random times in between.

Maybe once a year. Sometimes less often.
