Yes i started taking the suppls and cranberry juice a few months before, my body is truly a ' boy ' environment so i was trying to impact on that acid/ alkaline situation. I got dh to take them too. I didnt change my diet extremely but tried to avoid the number 1 no no's. I reckon the dtd twice day, shallow penetration, no big O, going to toilet straight after, and 4 day cutoff helped too.

I might have to look into this! What brand of cranberry supplements are you taking? Does it matter what dosage? Do I need the magnesium ones too? Sorry for the questions! 😌

Hi there, i cant remember the dosage but yes you will need both as well as potassium. The ingender website is the place to go. They have lists of the requirements. I went with cutoff method rathan than 0+12. Knowing exactly when you ovulate is essential. I used a Maybebaby device that showed fern shapes when ovulation.

They are paper test strips ( I got off eBay so pack of 100 or so) and you just ( with help of finger) insert / wipe like tampon but not that high up just enough to get moisture. It will then change colour. You cross check that with the colour indicator on the side to give ph reading.
You can google what the bodies ph is meant to be ( I can't remember lol) and if it's more acidic that this the environment is good for a girl, and more basic better for a boy.

The theory works that aside from the two sperms having different speed/ longevity ( hence the timing of dtd) that female sperm favour a more acidic environment
