    Default Physiotherapy for pregnancy related pelvic girdle pain and back pain

    Hi all!

    I am new to Bub Hub and would like to introduce myself.

    My name is Paige and i'm a physiotherapist in the Hurstville (NSW) area. I treat a number of women's health issues including pregnancy related pelvic girdle pain, back pain, stress incontinence, urgency, urinary frequency and prolapse. I am extremely passionate about women's health and pregnancy related issues.

    Hi Paige! Do you have any links for exercises I could do at home for SI joint pain? I'm 16 weeks and am getting left SI joint pain - it's not too bad yet but I imagine it won't get better over the coming weeks if I don't do anything about it!
