    Good afternoon all.
So what are we all doing on this public holiday afternoon.

Currently lying down on the couch watching ink master.

We had some friends over for lunch/afternoon. DS has not had a nap so will give him a shower/bath soon.

Otherwise, pretty uneventful. I might give the lounge a quick vacuum though. What have yoi been up to? Looking forward to school starting tomorrow?

Hate school starting. Absolutely detest school holidays ending. I know I am crazy.

We have spent the day binge watching the blacklist. We did have a break or a hour while we worked out how power points, lights, fans etc.. We need.
Made a new treat for the kids which was all gone in 30 seconds. They are now begging for a second batch under guise of they would be great for school lunches.

Went to the beach this morning. Some of the best swimming yet this summer but unfortunately DD1 and DH got stung by stingers so we had to pack up and go home.

Been cooking all day. Doing lamb for dinner and have made apple pie for dessert. Feeling very homely.

I have never had to deal with stinger bites. What do you do? How long does it hurt?

They hurt like heck but once you have a warm shower it's fine. Dd1 is not my most robust child so she milked it a bit but she had them down both legs and one arm so I think it did hurt a lot.

I lay on the couch with a wine while the boys fought and DH made dinner. Standard.
