    Default What made you less irritable & cranky?

    Just wondering if anyone has had any success with natural therapies/vitamins to elevate mood, stress & irritability?
    I'm not an angry person but I will admit I do get snappy & irritable quiet quickly. I would love to wake up feeling refreshed & happy to take on the day instead of feeling lethargic & sloth like 😂
    Also what time do you find yourself generally going to bed & waking up?

    Ultra muscleze by bioceuticals is amazing. I have been using that and it has made a huge difference just helps me relax and I found I was getting more quality sleep. A naturopath recommended it to me.

    Thank you Soontobe4 I just looked it up & it does look like it might be helpful. Quick question? Do you take it every day? In the morning?

    Exercise can really help. Have you tried yoga, meditation or swimming regularly? It relaxes and clears the mind.

    I use rescue remedy & I also do Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), every morning you can find some great videos on YouTube about it.

    I haven't tried Yoga but I've always wanted to. As for meditation I've just started listening to a podcast called "The Mindful Kind" & I drifted off to sleep listening to it so I'll continue to listen & practice. If I had a pool I would love to swim.
    I have started walking. And I find that does help my mood. I do need to do it more regularly though & hopefully it will make the difference.

    I've used Rescue Remedy, I haven't made up my mind if it helps or not. Do you used the drops, spray or the chewy pastille things?
    I've never heard of EFT. I will research it now. Thanks so much for your suggestions 😊

    I find the pastille work best for me.

    And EFT has really been helping me. Good luck.
