@BIB, the highest I've done was 400 of Gonal-F with 100mg of Clomid.

I am more than willing to consider higher dosages or other combinations.

I don't feel like I'm at the end of the road yet, and I'm happy to pay for a few rounds of drugs to get the right result.

Slow and steady wins the race. I know time is of the essence but I want to do this right and not be rushed.

Also, did anyone see this in the Herald Sun the other day? My Mum kept the article for me. This is the full quote:

"1/3. That's how much a dose of sunshine can up the odds of a woman becoming a Mother when having IVF treatment, according to research recently presented to the European Society of Human Reproduction and Embryology."

    1/3. That's a 33% improvement.

I can stand in the sun for a little while each day if it will help....

Not sure love. As I said, that was the entire quote. It wasn't in an article, it was just like a random fact in the corner of the page. We'd have to look into the study for findings etc I suppose.

Well, sadly I have to work tomorrow so I'm off to bed. I'll catch up with you all tomorrow evening when I (hopefully) get to go home. Pending a re-scan on Wednesday, which I am going to fight against doing, lol.

    Night night ladies

@Blossom74 You have to pay for blood tests for your donor and extra counseling sessions and the donor expenses on top of a normal cycle. So it depends on the clinic and donor really. So I paid maybe $1500 to my donor for her days off (and her partner to drive her to EPU and recovery), meds and travel. I've forgotten the exact amount but I know it was ridiculously little, we did a lot via skype. $650 for 3 counselling sessions and $500 for blood tests. That was Genea. There may have been a theatre fee that I couldn't claim too. I know some ladies that had to pay more as their donors got sick from OHSS and had to take more time off work.

One of my acupuncturists said midday sun was the best for vitamin D. I think it was 10 minutes?

I had Elnova last Thursday. I just took 250 Orgalutran. Scan and bloods Wednesday. Wednesday night I start Gonal F 450 unless I'm ready for EPU Friday.

It gets quite normal the more you do this hey?

Not excited or scared. Just going through the motions.
