    Yup. People generally test it out. Can be up to 7 days. So POAS each morning and if it gets lighter it's pregnyl leaving your system. If it gets darker then you're potentially preg.

    I found 1500s were gone at 6 days, but have heard of it lasting up to 10 .

    This is probably my experience - 4 days after the last booster I would have a very faint positive so I would say that two days later it would be neg. I prefer pregnyl to anything else as its clean and easy and it doesn't stop AF coming either. You could just test it out after 5 days but then if you don't know how you react it might get hopes up and be a false reading. I've always had final booster at 6dpo so by 12 I'm ready to test so it's not as bad. FX this is your cycle!

    good luck to all the other girls with scans etc tomorrow

    I had Pregnyl booster shots on Days 3, 6 and 9 after transfer on Cycles 4 & 5.

    I tested out the Pregnyl on Cycle 4 and I was still pulling up a squinter 6 days after the last shot so I reckon it would've taken a good 7 days or so to get rid of it from my system. I don't know for sure as my BT happened before I could fully test it out and I know the results of that were a residual HCG level of around 8 at that stage.

    I didn't bother testing it out on my last Cycle but only did the booster shots on days 3,6. When I got my BFFP it had been 8 days since my last booster shot and the line was unmistakable.

    It also did stop AF from coming for me in Cycle 4 whereas the Crinone/Pessaries never did. Mind you, on Wazza's pharmacy of pills/injections/supplements, I wasn't surprised!!!

    I do know that it will stop AF from arriving if she's going to for a lot of ladies.

    @Caesardust pregnyl delayed my period, depends when you have the booster shots I guess.

    The cycling/TWW list (on page 1) is getting big!! Exciting times. Please let me know if you want any details changed/added/removed etc.

    @winsor, @Charlie74 @Blossom74 and @Precious40 for today
