@ertgirl I am so very sorry.
Life is precious, short and absolutely heartbreaking. Your poor mother 😢
Strength and courage to you and your family x

I am so very sorry. there are no words that could take this away from you. I will pray for your brother, and your family. please stay close to each other, and take turns being the strong one. it is ok to cry and scream, but remember to face the world again, when you are ready. many hugs, marie.

Hi everyone, thanks for your kind words. My gentle brother passed away this morning. I'm heartbroken. I'll never see him again, or hold his hand & tell him that I love him. I still can't believe he's gone. It was so sudden & fast. Only yesterday was he given the proper diagnosis of small cell (lung) cancer. The doctors were talking about starting chemo today. They believe he had an internal bleed as his blood count was so low. How do I go on? I loved him so. I'm heartbroken for him, for his girls, for my mum & his twin & for the world who lost a good man. I'm so sad my son won't remember his gorgeous uncle.
