Default need help with names: 20wks with twin boys.

Hello girls...I just found out yesterday at my 20 week scan that my 2 ivf miracle bubs are both boys. I'm happy that they are active and healthy, but had my heart set on at least one girl. Finding it very hard to get excited about 2 boys. Selfish I know.

Anyway. I'm struggling on boy names. I only had girl names picked out. Any suggestions would be great.

It's odd being faced with that feeling isn't it? I am the same, only pregnant with one though! I find boys names incredibly hard. What kind of names do you like? Traditional, like Thomas or William? Or a bit newer, like Finley or Mack? Or a bit alternative, like Phoenix or Zephyr? (That's the way I categorise names anyway!)

Out of interest, what girls names had you shortlisted?
    And congratulations on your pregnancy!

Big congrats, 2 sons! How truly awesome.
I don't think you're selfish, you simply cannot help what you feel regarding the gender and I think once you get your head around it and finally meet your two little guys, you'll be blown away. They'll grow up together and have a bond for life. Very special 😃
As for the names, have you looked at sites like Nameberry? You can type in a name you like and it will generate a list of a similar style.

    They're gorgeous names!
The first middle names that sprang to mind were
    Elliot Finn and Asher James.

Do you have any family names you could use for middle names?
My boys are Hamish Joseph and Clancy Jeremiah and both middle names are old family names.

Other boys names I love are
    Reuben
    Luca
    Sullivan
    Monty
    Hugo/Hugh
    Theodore/Theo
    Arlo
    Tennyson

I LOVE your choices! We had Ashley (I love Asher as well!) on our list for a boy's name (would have been Ashley James, James is a tradition in my family) and I adore Elliot. Always makes me think of the kid from E.T 😃
