    Default Weaning for IVF?

My DD is almost 1 and we plan to start IVF again when she is around 14 months. So do I need to wean her completely before I can start IVF again? There seem to be quite a lot of conflicting information. Any advice?

    Default Weaning for IVF?

Has your cycle returned? I had to wean at 14 months as my cycle had not returned. Sitting at FS now lol!
Are you doing a FET? Do you ovulate by yourself? They may let you do a natural cycle FET while still BF, but mostly they like you to stop BF before you start the IVF meds again 😢
ETA: we had an appt with the FS in August (still BF) to find out what the go was.
Probably best just to make an appt & talk it over.

My FS advised stopping breastfeeding before commencing a stim cycle. He said (and I quote) that the drugs "would give your son tits". 😏

Hahaha BettyW your comment made me laugh! I have an appointment on 29th Jan so I'll ask then. No my cycle hadn't returned and no I don't ovulate by myself so I usually have all the drugs 😜

I've heard wean and 2 cycles to re-start IVF. I've almost fully weening, he's only comfort sucking overnight sometimes, but no cycle.

Considering going to a TCM if it doesn't restart soon.
