Such a legend. DH and I were listening to his new album just today! Blackstar, love the song; film clip is freaky as!
Ok, favourite song has to be; Cat people [putting out the fire]- I just love this song for so many reasons I can't just name one. It's the type of song that needs to be played loud and with good speakers, go check it out if you haven't heard it. His tone, total swoon.
Life on Mars
Bring me the disco king
Edit: Do not listen to the last song on his new album "I can't give everything away", whilst in bed, in the dark, with headphones on..sad!

So many to choose from, but the ones that instantly come to mind are:
Ashes to Ashes
The Jean Genie
Space Oddity-Major Tom (I had the best and coolest Teacher in grade 5, who had us all recite this song, dissect the lyrics etc. All the other grade 5 classes were ding traditional poetry, but here were we learning Ziggy Stardust songs, I will never forget those times.
RIP Mr Bowie, the music/world is a sadder place without you in it.

As a nine inch nails fan my fav would have to be "I'm afraid of America", I was so happy he collaborated with Trent Reznor. My mum adored David Bowie and traveled interstate to catch the gallery about him in Melbourne. I grew up with David Bowie and loved his music.

Probably the late 70's - 80's stuff coz I grew up listening to it on the radio.
Modern love, little China girl.. Under Pressure is a masterpiece - 2 of the greatest singers ever collaborating, sheer magnificence.
But as I've gotten older and listen to his early stuff, it's just awesome as well.
🎶Thank you for the music David🎶
