Hi Julie,
I have had anti d shots as well. They are only necessary when mum is Rh Neg and Dad is Rh Pos. I had one at 28 weeks and have another lined up for 34 weeks. I also had one with my OE miscarriage last year. Without the shots the woman can build up antibodies and it can cause issues with future pregnancies.
So unless you are Rh Neg and DH is Rh Pos there is no need to worry.

Congrats on your result! But sorry to hear about your reaction, sounds awful. To upload a photo (if doing it by phone), when you are replying there are icons just under where you type - the second one is to attach a photo, click it and it will take you to your photos to select from and then upload.
I'm sure it's similar from computer.

We we stayed at De Waterkant Cottages. They manage about 12 privately owned houses (4 min drive from waterfront). Cannot fault them at all. We stayed at the 2 bedroom one on Napier street. Just beautiful with our own unground pool. Cost $800 for 15 nights. It was across the road from a fabulous open air shopping mall. Heaps of cafes/restaurants and a great supermarket. Office staff awesome and will organise everything for you. Area is beautiful and safe! We used Uber to go to V & A which took about 4 mins and a few dollars. http://www.dewaterkantcottages.com/home/index.asp

Lots of good news at the moment from everyone. Lets hope it continues.
AFM I am still having skin rashes - raised, itchy bumps that come and go now that I am on the Lubion injections so I have been advised to stop the injections and switch to pessaries and Ralovera. I will use the crinone I've already purchased as well. I read the pamphlet that comes with the Lubion and it says it can be an uncommon side effect 1 in 1000.

Ummm been such an emotional roller coaster as I had bleeding from 5dp5dt which I controlled with Crinone. I felt all hope was lost a few days ago and then a small perfect white feather came from the bottom of my suitcase. The feathers came after my father died 3 years ago and the 17th is the anniversary of his death. Last year on the day of transfer a white feather blew towards me in a whirly wind and when I went to grab it it suddenly whisked away in the wind.
I was really low when I saw that feather. Of course it made me cry. Yesterday was miss C 6 month milestone so I had a bubbly at Hermanus overlooking the sea. I continued my meds and Dr Matabese allowed me to do bloods this morning (well lunch time).
I just got the email confirming it's a positive. hcg 49 but tested 2 days early. This is the icing on the cake for me. We have had an amazing trip driving so far and experiencing so much. What a wonderful place this is.
Best wishes to everybody.

@KMP a positive is a positively lovely. Enjoy it! So happy to hear all the recent success stories on here while Myself and the others have been waiting for our SA donors to arrive in Brisbane in April. It's so heartening to see others who have gone through major struggles come to peace with the donor journey and come out the end of it mamas.
AFM I've had to choose another donor short notice as my
Donor has fallen ill. What does everyone think of a first time egg donor with an AMH of 1.69 Ng/ml (this is SA measurement). She's turning 22 this year, slim, fit and healthy. Hopefully she has healthy enough and plentiful enough eggs to overcome our Male factor issues of high FISH levels. Any ideas anyone?? Xo mamakes
