@Heyside I've never taken pred so I can't offer much in the way of helpful advice, but that stuff sounds horrid. Hope you can get some relief soon.

Thanks @MrsChino, have to say I haven't been too bad over weekend it was Friday it just hit me. I can cope if its not a constant feeling I am dealing with. I haven't slept all week properly apparently that can be due to pred too, feeling so tired tonight though it must be catching up so hoping I sleep tonight 😴

Hi ladies, does anyone have a shortlist of Ob/Gy for Mater Mother's Private specialising in high risk pregnancy? I have a long history of m/c and complications and my current FS only does IVF.

The main two that I'm looking into are Dr Alex Alexander and Dr Paul Bretz. Anyone know any others that are very well regarded or have excellent feedback? Much appreciated!

@sumteng sorry I have no recommendations. And I have never heard of those two obs before.
@Heyside hope those feelings stay at bay. Would be absolutely terrible. Has AF arrived yet?
@Green lady any news yet? I've been thinking of you lots the last couple of days. Fingers and toes crossed xx
@StillHopeful I hope you are back home by now and you and Bub are setting in nicely. πŸ™‚πŸ’™

Hi @sumteng, I don’t have any experience of the two OBs you mentioned, but I know they are highly regarded so you would be in good hands with either. That said, we are seeing Dr Kroon (also delivering at MMPH) and are very happy with our choice. We are also considered high risk (twins) and I also have a long history of reproductive issues, pregnancy loss, ectopic etc and Dr K has been extremely thorough and on the ball, while being calm and reassuring at the same time. He was also our FS, so it’s kind of nice to have the continuity of care from conception to birth as well All the best with your search.

Omg @StillHopeful!!! Jai is gorgeous Congratulations hun! What a journey for this much awaited lil guy. Hope you're both well xoxo
@sumteng I haven't seen either of those doctors but have seen Dr Andy Stamatiou for a few years now who is wonderful (for IVF and obstetrics).

I've chosen Dr Charlotte Mooring as she's Warren's protege in his IVf/Fertility practice and she works with high risk pregnancies. She's very well regarded and only delivers from
Mater privAte. Good luck with your research!
