Ive been on 2 crinone a day for recent cycles and its easy to self medicate extra pecessaries. I find my fs gives me scripts with several repeats on it. Ive heard that crinone doesnt show up well in bt do your p4 could be better than what it says. If you need to do extra at lunchtime pecessaries via back entrance also work. Im also big believer that you cant od on progestrone.

@Caesardust 1 a day seems low. I was on 2 crinone a day and that never stopped AF appearing before CD12 which felt uncomfortably short to me. It wasn't until I used it 3 times a day that staved off AF. I always checked in with my FS to make sure the dose was ok though and coming off or weaning off that dose is done correctly.

    Default IVF over 40#24

@Precious40 oh darling I do feel for you, the waiting is one of the hardest things to deal with - swinging from wild hope one minute to crushing despair the next. I agree with the others, do whatever you need to do to get through this next few days. Hopefully you get a definitive answer very soon xxx

AFM the breast pain has kicked in today, I got up to pee three times last night, & have some pretty decent cramps, it feels like AF will be here any minute. I'm either UTD or have one mother****er of an AF on its way...

So.... Given that you apparently can't have too much progesterone.. How much should we be taking a day? What's a good upper limits amount to take per day? And just bcos I have no clue.. WHEN do u start taking it??
When i was on 2 x crinone i was taking extra 200mg during day. And sometimes extra 200 at night if i felt some crinone wasnt quite getting up there.

Yep, will POAS first thing in the morning! I hope you're right, but I'm thinking AF to be honest, but I should know something by tomorrow!

Hi ladies so sorry precious40 you are not getting any clear answers. I had some scary bleeding at 5 or 6 weeks and it was nothing to worry about. Fingers crossed.
Just a question about the crinone, how long do the Aussie people tell you to take it? In Cape Town they say till week 11 my FS here said she only has people take it till week 8. I have bought spares so I think I might keep going with it even though I'm hating them!! Still on progynova 8 mg till week 11 also. Feel like it has turned me into a blimp I'm so bloated!!

Another few hours waiting for me. Have 4 blastocysts but they want to let them go until 11am to get more cells growing out of them for the biopsy. I am hoping that a least some of these will be able to be frozen even if can't be biopsied. I will be devastated if out of 12 fertilised I only end up with one.
