@Green lady, I'm crossing everything for you. 2 is still pretty good especially if they're good quality ones. I hope some more catch up too.

Oh @greenlady, that seems so unfair when you did so very well producing all those lovely eggs.

I understand that you want to PGD test them but if they don't get to that stage can you still transfer in fresh/freeze them untested? I hate to think that potentially good embies could go to waste just because they didn't qualify for testing.

Or is that not how it works? I'm sorry, I don't know enough about it.

Hugs for you hon, I hope the two toughies hang in there for you

    Blossom

@Blossom74 and @Bongley - If I have any that can be frozen tomorrow on day 6 I will definitely freeze them untested.

@greenlady sorry the news isn't what you were hoping for. Hoping the 2 front runners are pgd normal so the other 9 would never be needed anyway.
@Precious40 good luck with your blood test today.
@Summer I hope you get an answer one way or the other soon.
@Blossom74 I was hoping to stim with you so I could have a buddy, but I won't be starting till about the 6th Feb. I can't believe I will be starting so soon. I have been waiting about 4 months to start but it seems to have passed in no time.

Good on you love. You just never know. They might not meet the PGD criteria but they could still be ok. It's a chance worth taking I reckon

For what its worth 2 friends put back untested embies as they didnt meet criteria and both are 6mths and 8 mths old now. It can happen.

Feeling like it's just not meant to be for me and I'm wasting all this time angst and money fighting against fate. Anyone else feel or has felt like that?

@greenlady I'm sorry the results so far weren't what you were hoping for. This ivf journey is such a ****ter!

I had many moments during my 9 stims where I wondered when it would end, would I ever be successful. I always seemed to pick myself up though, there was always a glimmer of hope. Then my own egg journey came to and end and a new path opened for me.

You will feel better again soon, but try not to give up hope for your two front runners, even if they can't be pgd'd they might still be good enough to make a bubba xxxxx

    @Green lady
    Feel like that nearly everyday!
I recently started some counselling to help deal with IVF, and it was pointed out to me that IVF is like a continuous cycle of grief but in someways it is worse than the grief associated with someone dying as there is never really closure and there is always a reminder ie- seeing babies/pregnant women.
Your still in with a really good chance, hoping for a great outcome for you x
