It can take time to reduce the antibodies as they are often decades in the making, so it can take six months to a couple of years depending how high the antibodies are. Naturopaths treat the immune system, as it's not just a thyroid issue, it's autoimmune. So that can really work and I'm almost off my thyroid hormone now which is brilliant!!!

@Tahli i think its great you are trying your oe cycle. I think its important to give it a last shot just for your own peace if mind that you did everything possible. As hubbie says de are always there and can be used in the future.

@Tahli yes the virus and the Bell's could definitely have thrown ovulation out, I did pee on an ovulation stick on Day 14 and it was negative, but I only did the one and then shrugged and didn't worry about it. We normally DTD every day or second day anyway (although not when we're fighting ) so I feel like I'd always catch ovulation - knowing when is only so I can count down the days until I can POAS
So it is possible I ovulated later this month, it makes sense as then my luteal phase would still be 14 days from ovulation so AF would be late. Normally if I was UTD I'd have really sore b00bs already and I don't, so I'd say things must have been thrown out with that bad virus and subsequent Bell's.
Cycling together in March would be awesome!! I had it all planned out with the timing and now AF is late it throws it out a bit as normally I can plan to the day and had already booked my March appt to pick up all my drugs and review the plan! Quite often I do what @Charlie74 does and I'll be early next month so that it averages 28 days anyway, so hopefully the appointment I made for the 7th will still be OK!

@BlondeinBrisvegas your poor little DD! And poor you having to clean up everything - not fun! You must have breathed a sigh of relief when ex-DP departed, just for the reduction of tension and chance to just sit back and take a breath and take stock of all that's happened. Hope it is just a 24hour bug and that DD recovers very quickly

I did and then cursed the Universe that he wasn't here when sh!t..or more accurately, vomit hit the fan with DD yesterday evening/night!!!
Yes..cleaning the lounge cushions was particularly fun I must say!!!
she's over the worst of it by the end of the day
There's been no more vomiting and she's managed a little to eat/drink so that's a good sign to me
P.S....AF still hasn't arrived for me either and the longer it takes the more bloated, tired and cranky I get!!!
It also means the worse the pain/flow will be when it finally does start

A good naturopath (not all are good!) could really make a difference - what area are you in?

Vomit, dog poo - it all sucks!
Yep, I hear you with the PMS ramping up when late, I am so snappy this morning, lucky DH and DSS have gone out for a while, I'm ready to jump down their throat!
Glad DD is on the improve!

I met her at a conference and also had a friend see her as a patient, I think she's pretty switched on, but I don't have first hand experience. I guess if she's close to you it is worth having an initial consult and seeing what you think!
