keep away from google - EVERYTHING leads to cancer seriously. as for the constipation - what kind of diet is she on? does she drink cows milk?

If you are really worried then take your DD to a hospital to be tested. My DD is being treated for cancer (a tumour in her sphenoid sinus) and I've spoken to a few parents of kids with leukaemia. I don't want to alarm you, but I really think that GPs can be USELESS when it comes to taking parents concerns seriously.
It is hopefully nothing to worry about, but if you take your concerns straight to hospital you can rule out the worst case scenario straight away.

But yeah, stay away from Dr Google!!! To this day I've still never googled my DD's illness, it's not worth the stress!
