    Default Fitbit users...question

I was given a fitbit ZIP for xmas and I love it.

Just wondering though if its waterproof? I'm going to a waterslide park and would like to wear it...lots of walking up steps etc that id like to be recorded.

It says that its water resistant but it is in one of those silicon clips and thought that might make it more water proof.

    Anyone know?

    Nopes - the fitbit's aren't waterproof.

Water resistant just means it'll survive getting splashed when you wash your hands and a bit of light rain.

The good news is that all those stairs still count - even if it's not recorded by your Fitbit.
