    Default Best pregnancy book?

    Hi all,

It's been a while since I've been pregnant and remember loving Kaz Cooke's Up the Duff back in the day.

Does anyone have any other recommendations?

    Thanks!

I had my eldest 5 years ago and Up the Duff was my constant companion. I haven't found a better general pregnancy book since.

    Some others worth a look..

For Birthing: Juju sundin - Birth Skills. Changed my perspective on childbirth and I used the techniques in labour (and had positive experiences)

For Morning Sickness: Morning Sickness Survival Guide by Lisa McAully. Came across this recently. It's a pretty short guide but definitely worth reading. I wish I'd read something like this the first time I had morning sickness. Highly recommend to women with morning sickness for the first time.

"Every Woman" is a classic and has been my pregnancy Bible both times. Everything you'll need to know is detailed. It is not only handy to read for pregnancy but for every single female related thing from puberty and sex all the way through to menopause.

'Birth Skills' by Ju Ju Sundin and Sarah Murdoch it was my birth Bible, but I read it throughout pregnancy so I could utilise all the skills etc in it. I can't recommend it enough.
