    Have you had a look for helplines? There are quite a few around... Just counsellors you can ring for exactly that purpose. Only ones I can think of at the moment are kids helpline and lifeline, but there are others.
    Obviously it depends on what you want to talk about, but I've found any of the mental health services to be great, even if what you need to say isn't directly related... You explain that you really need someone to talk to and they listen.
