I think also fitting it with your surname is important, too. I have a 3 syllable surname that people always ask me to spell but it's actually quite easy to spell if you get my drift. So if I'm ever lucky enough to write a list of baby names I'd do first names that were no longer than 2 syllables and easy to spell. Just something to think about!
