I'd love to get a fit bit. Do you think they're worth the money? What sort did you get?

Another MFP user - my goal is 1600cal a day which is a 20% deficit.

Love the recipe builder on it!!!

    SW - 70.6kg
    GW - 68kg

Have lost 8kg over the last 6 months but are now at the stage where I still have a muffin top, but my ribs are visible.

So lots of hard work needed to lose that last bit of body fat but maintain muscle.

I got a charge hr but have to admit that I did very little research about the best type! I am loving it so far and I think it will definitely be worth the money for me. I am particularly loving the calculation it does for calories in vs calories out based on your own personal info (steps, hr, etc). I also like the pedometer and sleep functions.

Another mfp user here however I don't really track the calories anymore bc I am not very diligent with weighing. I do like reading the success stories for motivation.
I am snacking on a nectarine which is much better than the chocolates chips and ice cream I woukd normally go for.

I just made these snack bars, fairly high in sugar due to the dates and apricots but they're filling and definitely not full of chemicals: http://cookieandkate.com/2013/homema...t-almond-bars/

I did half almond and half cashews. They'd be really good with coconut in the mix too!
