Oh dear, I started eating a piece of pizza for lunch... But stopped half way, threw it in the bin and have made some herbal tea.

Good job babyno1onboard well done!
So far I've had-
Tuna and saladas, 2 cups of tea, 1 banana and a slice of cheese.
I'm really lacking ideas in the food department!

Count me in. I want to lose 2 kg and then maintain but tone up. I need to get back to exercise and no more snacking on junk food after kids in bed.

Dinner was a fried egg with salad and coleslaw and a cup of tea. I made custard for dessert and I didn't have any *so proud*.
I'm really hoping to stay away from the pantry when the kids go to bed. Day 1 is almost done!

Count me in too. I got a Fitbit for Christmas and I am hoping it will help with weight loss. I am aiming for 10000 steps a day and less calories in than out!

Just been grocery shopping and brought lots of veges and prepared a few tubs of vege sticks to eat with humus as snacks.
