I was going to weigh in today but seeing my goal was for the end of January I'm going to wait a few days until the 31st.

yes, I will follow on in a feb thread too. weigh today, 72.9, so I have gained a little. I could benefit from keeping a food diary, I don't go off track to any huge degree, but I have to watch the little bites here and there. they do still count. I have become so used to going to the gym five days a week, maybe a few more exercise sessions at home would bump my weigh loss along. marie.

Just call me yo-yo, I've been up and down all month. So frustrating, considering I've been eating 3 small healthy meals a day with exercise. Starting to think there's something wrong with me! Loosing motivation, I can't help but think 'what's the point' sometimes.
Oh well, I'll keep at it. Looking forward to a fresh start in Feb with new goals.
Well done to everyone who's sticking with it and achieving results 👏

    Today was my weigh in.
    3kg down in 2 weeks.
I've achieved my January goal of 2kg by the end of January.
My next goal is 14.5kg by Anzac Day.
This means I need to lose 4-5kg in Feb to stay on track.
    Count me in for Feb!

Not as much as I wanted for the month but I have made a goal for myself to lose 12.5kg by April. I have found this group very supportive so count me in for Feb.
