    weigh in day for me, 72.3, so im happy 500gms loss this week. I feel like I know what im doing, food wise, and I am actually enjoying the exercise. I would have never thought I would say that. I have never played sport, I have never been an 'active' person. who says 'you cant teach an old dog new tricks. " ?? marie.

    Woohoo! Happy with my progress! I'm 3kgs down from the start of the year 😊 wish I'd taken photos from the beginning. Plus:
    - 5cm off my bust
    - 3cm off my waist
    - 7cm off my hips
    - 3cm off my thighs
    - nothing off my arms

    Now to find other ways to exercise since my toddler has pretty much given up on nap time.

    Pretty peeved with only a 300g loss.

    Did 1-2 hours of exercise every day as well as eating at a 1000 cal deficit (tracked correctly).

    Only another small loss this week 700 g buy for the first time in over 3 years I am finally under 100kg so even though it is coming off slowly it is still coming off.

    Start of month 102kg

    CW 99.9kg

    I weighed in today.
    2.4kg loss.
    It would have been more but we went to the pub for tea last night.
    I'm feeling good and already feel less bloaty.
    Also not spending nearly as much money on lunch.
    I've been having healthy mummy shakes for brekkie and lunch but sometimes I've had one of the "delicious nutritious" Michelle bridges frozen meals. They're quite tasty.

    15kg to next goal weight. Aiming to lose that by Anzac Day

    I've been so upset today. I went into a bike shop and was having a look at mountain bikes when the owner came over and said in a jokey kind of way "Can't help but notice you checking out the mountain bikes, there's gotta be easier ways to lose weight eh".... I was mortified. How dare he make any kind of comment or reference to my weight.
    It really upset me, is that how people see me? 😥

    I've gained from last week but down for the month. I'm quite frustrated and getting down about not going to the gym (the only time the classes are on and crèche open are when bub naps). I'm just going to go tomorrow and hope that bub will sleep at crèche...
