    Joining! I'm still trying to get to pre-baby weight. About 5kg to go.

    I'm trying to eat more whole foods etc, cut down snacking and add more physical activity in each day.

    If you're on Facebook it's called Run the New Year 2016. You basically just nominate the distance you want to reach in total over Jan and just chip away at it. It costs $25 and you get a medal at the end, all money goes to Make A Wish. 👍🏻

    I'm in. Need to lose 10-15kg to try to avoid having a hysterectomy. Aim is to do it by Easter - it'll be hard but I'm determined.

    Default January Weight Loss Challenge

    I'd like to lose another 10kg by DS 2nd birthday which is at the end of May. I'm down 14kg since this time last year (I actually lost 15kg in 2015 but put on 1kg over Christmas).

    My Jan goal is 3kg

    Count me in. I'd like to lose 4kg total. I'll aim for 3kg this month. I already run 4 x per week but DH and I are adding in tabata sessions each day (doing them together). I eat well, just need to watch portions and eating after dinner!!! 😁

    So far today I am hungover and drinking coffee 😏. Will eat and run later.

    Would like to lose 2-3kg this month and then another 2-3kg in Feb/March.

    I've heard people saying not to do anything out of the ordinary that could shock your body but I'm going to focus on healthy eating and more exercise. DP is also doing the same so she is encouraging me all the way 😊

    Just made a gentle start and did 30 laps of the pool.. Well 15 round laps haha
