4km walk and a hour group fitness sesh today. Today was a lesson in that's it not what you do for the hour or 2 that you're exercising, it's what you do for the other 23 hours of day.
Had a chill day at home today plus my exercise this arvo and have only burnt 2100 cals according to my Fitbit. Yesterday I did the same amount of exercise plus had a busy 9 hour shift at work and burnt 2900. Big big difference!!

Strange thing to notice today. I've always had one decent sized fat roll around my stomach. Today getting dressed I bent over and it's now 2 smaller rolls....still isn't a great look 😜 but I'm guessing something must be shifting in there.
I've not snacked between my 3 smaller portion sizes meals a day which is big for me. I was always finishing the kids dinner without realising. I now use a small bowl for yogurt breakfast. Ask for a small salad at lunch and eat from a side plate, not the usual dinner plate. I've not been hungry either, just someone who can't leave food behind so the more that's there the more I eat.

I say results motivate me. I also feel healthier so that makes me want to continue. It's not always weight. Like this morning my stomach feels flatter. I even took a photo!

my gym is open and im back to going there every day. I have been out of routine with my eating, blame Christmas and whatever, but I am getting back into the good habits. I want to get to 65kg and then I will decide if I want to loose any more. I am floating around 72kg. marie.
