Yeps your weight will change every day as well as during the day. There's lots of factors in play, not just what you've eaten or how much exercise you've done.

You'll likely find that if stand on the scales tomorrow that the weight will have gone up a little bit again.

Not to be a debbie-downer - but in the same way you shouldn't get stressed and freak out if your weight goes up 1kg in a day, you shouldn't be overly excited about a loss of 1kg in a day.

Fingers crossed it keeps going down for you

Oh I understand 😜 I wasn't expecting to have lost any and I'm not addicted to weighing myself. I'm more interested in measurements and noticed I'd lost cms on my waist!

No exercise because I am still so sore from Sunday. On the positive side, have been eating much better and not having late night snacks. Back to exercise tomorrow.

11,688 steps so far today, doing well, I'm going to weigh myself in the morning, now that I am home from house sitting at my sisters, I've had over 10,000 steps a day every day and have been eating well/not snacking, as well as some c25k running. Fingers crossed.

Have had a couple of slips the last few days and kicking myself for being so slack. I do this every time, I go gung- ho for the first week, do really well, and then I bugger it up and undo it all.
How do you keep up the motivation for longer than a week!?

To be honest - it's when I see changes in my weight or how my clothes are fitting.

4km walk and a hour group fitness sesh today. Today was a lesson in that's it not what you do for the hour or 2 that you're exercising, it's what you do for the other 23 hours of day.

Had a chill day at home today plus my exercise this arvo and have only burnt 2100 cals according to my Fitbit. Yesterday I did the same amount of exercise plus had a busy 9 hour shift at work and burnt 2900. Big big difference!!

It's hard to keep motivated, I have been really great so far but yesterday and today, some late night snacking has been happening😬 I just wake up aiming to try do better? And I always find a positive to pick me back up, my working out has been in full gear so that's a plus!!

Tomorrow is a new day 😉
