I felt the same way when I finally got my butt into gear and found a PT. I felt smaller leaner and healthier but on the scales I was the same 1/2kgs up in fact but after 6 weeks I had some new measurements and I was 22cm smaller all over. 3 off each thigh 3 off the waist... And everywhere else but same on the scales! Now 3 months later I am still doing the same stuff eating the same as when I started and only now have the KGs started coming down. Total loss in 3 months has been 32cm and 5kg 1 dress size and 3 kg to go to be pre baby weight.

Don't let the scales discourage you because chances are what your feeling is happening it just takes the scales a little longer to react! 😉👍🏻💪🏻

Off to a good start for the week!! 1 hour bootcamp session followed by a 4km walk.

Lunch and dinner are already prepped, so no excuses for not eating healthy.

Heading home from mum's today so planning to hit the treadmill for a run later, despite feeling revolting with first day of AF 😩. Food still going well.

Great day for me! Ate healthily, did 40 mins of cardio, getting dinner prepped (yoghurt and mint chicken skewers)

Ended up with a good food day, but AF has absolutely whipped my butt 😞. Been swallowing naprogesic and lying down with a heat pack most of the day. Very frustrating.

Easier said than done but I often find a light walk quite helpful with cramps etc.

Just walks for me too due to AF. Don't feel comfortable doing any strength training as I just don't have any with AF around

Somehow I managed to lose almost 1kg in a day! I needed an extreme language warning when I hopped on the scales lol

Welcome to daily weight fluctuations. A lot is to do with how much water you're holding in your body.

I drank 2L water yesterday. And did 40 mins cardio. I just spent 30 mins this morning riding scooters with my toddler! Scootering is hard work haha
