I think I started at the beginning of January at around 82.2 or something. This morning, down to 80.1.

Things going well here food wise, but we are currently visiting my mum for 3 days, so exercise isn't really happening. Still aiming for 10000 steps per day. Got to 9000 yesterday!

    SW - 70.6kg
    CW - 69.6kg (Week 1)
    GW - 68kg

    1kg down yay!!!

Had a bit of a stuff up with needing to do overtime at work and the only food available being the vending machine......

But back on track with an exercise plan written out for the week.

Have a DEXA scan booked for a couple of weeks time to see what my actual fat/muscle percentages are.

Even though I weighed in yesterday I weighed myself again today and I'm down 400g. Feel so much better. So I'm claiming that and so it's 800g down for the week instead of 400g.

I was down 1.3kg at my weigh in this morning 👍🏻
3.3kg to reach my next goal
    8.3kg to end goal

I'm pretty happy with that, I did have a couple of slip ups and didn't exercise as much as I could have so will try to get my act together for this week.

My food has been terrible this weekend, but good on the weekdays. I was working in the yard for over 5 hours today so hopefully I've managed to burn a butt load of calories!

Cracked 12,000 steps today - walking to and from church, to the tram line to go to work, a 4 hour shift at work, and home again from the tram line.

So happy last night did a workout dvd at home. Couldn't do it all the way through but still feeling good and sore today! Also bought some food from woollies this morning so a healthy lunch at work. Small wrap with turkey, salami, hommus and cucumber. Fruit for snack. Also cutting back on coffee because I find drinking too much makes me want something sweet.

Doing my run early today before it warms up, I feel like I'm losing weight but I am scared to weigh myself and be disappointed 😑
