    I'd like to lose 4kgs this month. I'm planning on walking on the treadmill for 30mins each day and clean up what I'm eating. Restrict portions and limit snacking.
    I'd better get started- off to the tready I go! Will log my exercise and breakky later.

    My aim is to lose 2kg. Want to start off slow and steady, rather than go like a bull at a gate and try to do too much too soon.

    Default January Weight Loss Challenge

    I'd love to join in but I'll be having a FET somewhere around mid Jan. Is it harmful for me to try and lose weight before the transfer/during the TWW? I really want to lose some more weight!

    ETA - I'm going to join anyway and aim for 4kgs this month. I'll just work my butt off in exercise rather than restricting calories too much.

    I'll join in, I lost 25kg from 2014-2015 and have stopped stuck. I want to loose another 10kg at least.

    I've just clocked half an hour on the tready- albeit slow and sweaty! About to make some breakfast. I'm thinking boiled eggs on a piece of toast? What does everyone like to eat for breakky?

    Hi TNTH, I have no idea about doing ivf personally (although my sister has gone through it) but I would assume loosing weight would be safe and encouraged? I know my sister was always exercising and going on detoxes etc during her meds and transfers etc. Best of luck to you for the FET!!!

    I've joined a virtual run challenge in aid of Make A Wish so I need to run a total of 50km over Jan.
    I'm planning to ditch chocolate and coke, they're my big vices. Take away is another.
