    Nope. Sunscreen, as amazing as it is, interferes with our ability to absorb vitamin d from the sun, so I would use it as a good chance to help boost that.

    I agree...depending on how hot it is, there's no sunscreen before 9am (or hats), and after 4/5pm here. One of my children had low vit D levels as a pre-schooler even with me having these rules about sunscreen!

    I had no intention to yet dh insisted that I did. I told him he was wrong lol. He is just being a good Dad! 😊 Told him about this thread so it won't be happening again. I hate putting suncream on the girls. Anyone know of a good natural one that works well?
