    2 fried eggs (in rice bran or coconut oil)
    1 piece wholemeal toast
    Handful of veggies (usual choices are green beans, asparagus, mushrooms, zucchini) and I chuck these in the fry pan after the eggs

    Default For those on a diet - what do you have for breakfast?

    2 poached Eggs or 3 scrambled eggs avocado spinach mushroom

    Steamed Silverbeat with 100gms beef mince with some tomato paste

    Gluten free oats with almond milk

    Brown rice with quinoa and some raspberries tiny drizzle of organic honey on top

    -Oats made with almond milk and a banana

    - 2 egg whites on wholemeal toast

    -if I'm lazy I'll have special k advantage with almond milk

    I'm not a big breakfast person so I have to force myself to each something.
