    Default Fave parenting moment?

So I feel like we need some warm & fuzzies up in here!

Share your favourite moment/s as a parent?

My most favourite would be getting to hold DS for the first time. It was about 12 hours after he was born (emergency cs & he was in SCN on cpap due to breathing issues). So that first cuddle was extra special as I had to wait so long.

Close second was the first time he said "I love you mama"....nawwwww 💓

Being narky here as I'm crook and kids being feral. But right now my favourite time is bedtime.

The firat time my DS puckered up his lips and gave me a big sloppy kiss, he also hughed me as tight as anything afterwards, it actually made me cry but thats one of my many favourite moments as a mummy i cant wait for the 'i love you's'. Hopefully soon!!!

When they are teeny-tiny - the first cuddles, the first smiles, the first time they laugh, how I used to lose time just watching them sleep.

Now they are 3 and 6? Bedtime LOL. It's the only time my ears get a break from the constant noise.

But I also love the moments when they play nicely together. Or say cute things, or when DS reads to DD and tries to teach her the words. He's such a good big brother, and she's such a terrible terror!

When my daughter says something hilarious like "I can't kiss grandma, she has spots on her face" (her great grandmother with those old people spots on her skin)

Dd1 (almost 3) is always saying I'm beautiful and smell nice, and that she loves me soooo much
She gets such a kick when I wear a new outfit or change nail polish. She's so observant (DH doesn't notice) and full of compliments.

On the other hand, she tells daddy he smells like poo, has no hair and doesn't have nice boobies like mummy haha

I love it when my 4 yr old daughter croons "you're my beautiful girl, Mummy".

She's such a little mother herself

The first time DD smiled at me. I had a horrible battle with PTSD after her birth and that was a bit of a game changer for me.

Holding her while she slept as a baby (up to age 2 actually!). Having her fall asleep in my arms every night. As lovely as it is now having her run off to bed, I'll always miss that & im glad I treasured it at the time.

Hopping into her bed of a morning and having her snuggle up to me and say, "oh I love you so much Mummy" ❤️
