Default Commodore 3 car seats in back

As topic suggests Commodore 3 car seats in back can it be done and how much space is left? Should we get roof racks for extra space

which model? we had a VE series and 3 can sit across the back. not much room to put anything else. the boot was a pain in the A... - as it's wide but not high - i found some chunky prams would not be able to push all the way back. got rid of the ghastly thing and got something more practical.

We had a Vn Wagon and a VR sedan and fit 3 carseats in. We also fit a small childs wheelchair in the boot of the sedan and a stroller as well. It was easier in the wagon.

I just got rid of my vx and had no problems putting three seats in back. Upgraded to ve wagon still with three seats in back I just needed the extra boot space. Commodore is really only car big enough for my family.
