Potato and sweet potato, some onion (spring or red onion), sometimes green capsicum as well, lots of parsley. Dressing is mayo, sour cream (about half half), lemon juice, mustard (usually wholegrain) salt and pepper. Thats all I remember. I just throw things in and it seema to work.

White Potato, shallots, garlic, bacon, ricotta.
Dressing- olive oil, Apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, fresh parsley, pepper.

Dressing is cream, vinegar and loads of mint sauce.

I wont be having any this year but after bubs born I mite have to make a big batch lol
